Central High School Unveils 2025 Athletic Hall of Fame Class Spanning 50 Years of Excellence

JOSEPH, MO. – Central High School is excited to announce the 2025 Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Class. Representing over 50 years of athletic excellence, this year’s honorees include a two sport All-State athlete, a championship soccer team, and a three-time Hall of Fame collegiate coach. 

The Induction ceremony is scheduled at halftime of the Varsity Boys Basketball game vs. Park Hill South on Friday, February 13, 2026 in the Coliseum at Central High School.  The Athletic Department will host a reception in the inductee’s honor prior to the game beginning at 5:30 pm in the Central Cafeteria.  All family, friends, colleagues, former players and alumni are invited.  The reception is open to the public.

Inductee: Dr. Pat Lipira- Class of ‘74

Inductee: Mr. Brad Swope – Class of ’89 

          2X All-State Football / Wrestling State Qualifier 

Inductee: 2001 Central Soccer Team
